What QP List is

QP List is an editorial index of private communities, advanced wealth topics, and selective events. Each entry is written to describe what a group, topic, or event is for and who it serves. Entries reflect each subject’s public positioning and our editorial reading of it.

Not advice

Nothing on QP List is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. No content on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, fund interest, or other investment. No content constitutes an offer or solicitation. You should consult your own qualified advisors before acting on anything you read here.

Not a broker-dealer, not an adviser

QP List is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or any other regulated financial entity. Approved members of the private layer may, from time to time, see editorial summaries of private opportunities; those summaries are for informational use by qualified purchasers and are not offers.

Editorial independence

QP List does not accept payment for placements, does not rank groups or events for pay, and does not receive commissions from the parties it writes about. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed prominently on each relevant page.

Accuracy

We make a reasonable effort to keep entries current and accurate. Thresholds, formats, and event details change. If you see an error, write to corrections@qplist.com and we will fix it.

Third-party links

Many entries link to the websites of the groups, events, and organizations indexed. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Applications

The application form at qplist.com/apply is an editorial intake. Submission does not create any membership, contractual relationship, or obligation on either side. We decide, at our sole editorial discretion, whether to grant access. There is no fee to apply.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape the site at scale, don’t submit false applications, don’t impersonate others, and don’t use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The editorial content on QP List — writing, structure, organization — is ours. Group and event names, logos, and public descriptions remain the property of their respective owners and are used here in an editorial capacity.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of any content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QP List is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Jurisdictional note

Content that references tax, estate, residency, or regulatory regimes in specific jurisdictions is general and descriptive. Rules change; specifics for your situation require qualified local counsel.
